Our dentists bring a shared commitment to honest, family-centred care. Each brings their own strengths, but they all share the same philosophy: treat every patient the way they’d want their own family treated.
Dr. Dan Kobi
Dr. Kobi earned his dental degree from the University of Alberta and spent years building successful practices across BC before founding Vine Dental. His philosophy is simple: every patient deserves uncompromised care from a team that treats them with genuine respect. That principle drives everything we do here.
Dr. Chad Fletcher
A University of Saskatchewan graduate with over two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Fletcher has logged more than 1,000 hours of continuing education to stay current with the latest in dental care. His interests include orthodontics, digital imaging, and laser dentistry. Originally from Weyburn, SK, he now calls Kelowna home with his wife and two daughters.
Dr. Justin Abbott
Dr. Abbott earned his DDS from Western University in 2013 and spent five years growing a family practice in Ontario before making the move west. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, from restorative work and extractions to working with kids who need a little extra patience. He is also a certified Invisalign provider. Outside the office, you will find him exploring the Okanagan with his rescue dogs.
Dr. Todd Smith
Dr. Smith grew up in Kamloops and earned his DMD from UBC in 1992. He spent over 25 years running his own family practice in Merritt before bringing his expertise to Vine Dental. Known for his easygoing personality and gentle hand, Dr. Smith has a way of putting patients at ease from the moment they sit down. When he is not at the office, you will find him with his wife and their two golden retrievers, usually somewhere near the lake.
Dr. Scott Budd
With close to three decades in dentistry, Dr. Budd brings deep experience and a genuinely gentle touch to every appointment. Originally from Saskatchewan, he spent 28 years caring for families in Meadow Lake before he and his wife made the move to the Okanagan. A father of five, Dr. Budd is happiest when he is outdoors, whether that is on the golf course, out on the water, or exploring everything the valley has to offer.
